Hello Class 1,

Well this is a different end to your first half term in class 1 than we had hoped for!  However, we have been extremely proud of how well you have all adjusted to being in Class 1 and how much you have all learnt and improved in the last 7 weeks.  We know that you will all do your best for the next 2 days before having a well earned rest!

Polling Day Science Investigation

 Hello Class 1, 

 I hope you all have a lovely day at home tomorrow. 

Here are the instructions for the Science investigation we discussed earlier today. Use this sheet to carry out your investigation. Have a go as best you can! Don't worry if you don't have the exact resources to make your rocket mouse, see what you can find around your house. 

Watch this video to help you. 

You can be as creative as you like with your rocket mouse! Don't forget to record your findings either on the sheet or in another way you'd prefer. I am looking forward to hearing all about your results on Friday!

Once you have finished, you may wish to do some writing about your rocket mouse, this could be a poem, a story or some instructions on how to make your own rocket mouse. 

If you would prefer to do something else, you could practice some more weaving at home, or see if you can spot any signs of Summer that we discussed earlier today!
